Organisational Development

When engaging in organisational development work, Dr Addy will design services to meet the client’s need, timeframe and budget. As an organisation, our approach to organisational development is informed by an understanding of action research.

We will help the client to identify issues, explore and research possible solutions, co-construct actions for change and reflect upon impact.

Our organisational development approach is bespoke, but activities might include inclusion mentoring, workshops, training, staff consultations, impact evaluations and research
