Workshops and Training

Since its creation in 2016, Ladders4Action has delivered a wide range of training and workshops. Topics have included allyship, identity, anti-racism, action research methodology, inclusive accountability, knowledge equity, power and inequality.

Conditions

One-off events can be valuable and informative as a part of a broader initiative for change but do not have a meaningful impact when delivered in isolation. In line with our ethics and values, Dr Addy Enterprises will only provide one-off training or workshops if it is part of a broader change initiative and if the objectives align with our organisational values and ethics. Cost

£1,200 for a three-hour training with up to 40 participants. Cost includes preparatory work, pre-meeting, and follow-up sessions. Each training will be specifically tailored for the client.

As a non-profit social enterprise, payments for Ladders4Action’s services support our free pro-bono services and advocacy work.

Online Courses

Dr Addy is currently delivering a number of online courses which can be taken in your own time and pace.

All our courses are designed to help individuals connect knowledge and action.

Cost

The cost and content of each course are variable.

As part of our commitment to equity, many of our events are available for free to those who cannot afford to pay
